Plato, a division of Techspray, manufactures replacement soldering and desoldering tips. These tips are made to fit many popular soldering and desoldering irons such as Hakko, Hexacon, OK Industries, Antex, Esico, Ersa, Xytronics and Elvo to name a few. To assure long life and resist erosion, tips are made of oxygen-free high-conductivity copper and iron. Plato tips are nickel plated for corrosion protection, chrome plated to immunize the unwetted surfaces, and tinned for proper wetting and efficient heat transfer.
