Gaska Tape®

Gaska Tape® is a leading manufacturer of closed-cell foams and adhesive foam tapes. They provide solutions in gaskets for sealing, cushioning, insulating and protecting. Their products are used for many applications, including automotive, industrial, construction, heating and air conditioning, weatherstripping, recreational vehicles, electronics and medical.

Low Density
Gaska Tape® manufactures various low-density foams that can be produced with or without adhesive. Some series may also be produced with a permanent cast-on polyester film on one side. These foams and foam tapes are used for various applications; generally where a seal is required on irregular surfaces and curves.

Medium Density
Gaska Tape® manufactures a few medium density foams which provide an excellent combination of flexibility and conformability with strength and wear resistance. These tapes are generally used in tough duty applications where the tape must flex to fit and seal.

High Density
Gaska Tape's® V2500 series is a high density foam which is designed for use in the most demanding sealing or cushioning applications. Its high internal strength resists pressure from outside sources and its high hardness resists deterioration.

ECO Seal® Series
Gaska Tape's® ECO Seal® series tapes are designed for sophisticated industrial, automotive, medical and construction applications. The tapes also come in a light density series which is easily flexed and compressed, a medium density series which exhibits greater stability and vibration dampening, and a high density series which exhibits superior elasticity, conformability and drape properties.

VK Series
The VK Series tapes are available in medium or high density and are designed specifically for use as a spacer in structural silicone curtain wall applications.

Gaska Hi Bond® Series
The Hi Bond® Adhesive System consists of either a foamed acrylic core or a clear, solid acrylic core that is coated on both sides with high performance acrylic adhesives. These tapes provide excellent long-term holding power and conform to a wide variety of substrates.

Gaska Tape® manufactures a wide variety of specialty foams and tapes with specific properties that closely match your application.

Adhesives & Liners
Almost all Gaska Tape® products are coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives. These adhesives offer good ultraviolet and exterior durability, chemical resistance, and a broad range of service temperatures. Gaska Tape® also provides release papers and films.

EG Series
Gaska Tape® produces cross-linked polyolefin glazing tapes. They are coated on both sides with highly aggresive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive.

EPDM Series
Gaska Tape's® EPDM series are high performance rubber seals designed for automotive, marine, and a wide variety of industrial applications. They will not absorb or hold moisture and are not affected by temperature extremes. These seals also exhibit high electrical insulative properties and superior UV resistance.
