How It Works
Space-saving paperboard sheets are converted in to small paper pyramids and are fed in to the shipping box. These paper pyramids are specifically designed to cling together using all three sides, six corners and 38 fingers. Circular holes in the pyramids minimize added package weight and enable elements to further interlock. The pieces adjust, realign, and reorganize themselves to stabilize the product in turbulent shipping environments. They suspend the product, absorb shock and allow minimal movement during shipment.

The pyramids are created at the point of use and only the paper sheets need to be stored which allows you to save valuable storage space.
