Solution Provided
Hisco found a compatible replacement product for a potting compound that gave the same results. In turn, this reduced the down time the customer experienced due to the maintenance work. The new product reduced the customer lead time by 5 weeks and avoided longer air and hazmat cost because it was manufactured in the U.S. The new product will be purchased in drums which saved the customer $3.45 per oz.
