The "culture of ownership" is deeply embedded in our employees through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Because we are 100 percent employee-owned, everyone at Hisco has a vested interest in making sure our performance exceeds our customers' expectations. The ESOP has served as a strategic method to assure continuity, encourage ownership, provide incentive, and to enable attractive financing.

Organic Growth
The international Hisco branch network includes 30 stocking locations - 22 in the United States (including Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic) and 8 operated by our HiscoMex subsidiary in Mexico - plus 4 Precision Converting facilities that provide value-added fabrication and custom repackaging. We continually look for opportunities to grow our business and improve our processes to make us more effective.

Continuous Training
Our employees are our most valuable asset.  To ensure continued growth, each year our employees are required to complete a minimum of 40 hours of training in order to remain educated and informed of technological and industry changes.
