Leadership Development Program
Hisco’s Leadership Development Program plays an integral role in developing future leaders of our company. The program is designed to recruit, hire, train, and develop well-rounded distribution personnel by providing real world experience and strengthening and developing the necessary skills to meet tomorrow’s challenges in industrial sales and operations. The program is geared towards motivated, enthusiastic college graduates with an interest in pursing a career in customer service, sales representation, corporate positions, or other areas that may be of interest. Interested candidates must be willing to relocate to one of our 20 U.S. locations after completion of our 6 month training program at our Corporate Headquarters in Houston, TX.

The Leadership Development Training Program Offers:

A solid foundation in the basics of distribution.
One-on-one working relationships (interaction/ mentoring) with high level decision makers.
Fast paced, in depth exposure to technical product training.
Exposure to all major areas of Hisco business.

Summer Internship Program

Hisco’s Summer Internship Program is equally as important. Interns are given the opportunity to gain work experience in Industrial Distribution, improve communication and interpersonal skills, and learn how the different divisions and departments work together in this industry. Internships are located at our Corporate Headquarters in Houston, TX, and eligible candidates must be within 30 credit hours of graduating.
