Hisco Expands into Canada

HOUSTON, November 4, 2010 – Hisco^® has opened a new Canadian division, HiscoCan, Inc. Located in the greater Toronto area, this will service the Canadian electronics assembly and industrial markets and add yet another stocking location to the Hisco^® family.

“We are very pleased to be able to offer products and services to customers throughout North America,” said Bob Dill, Hisco’s president. “The staff at the Canadian operation is very experienced; they know the Canadian market and our key suppliers well. They will be able to deliver Hisco’s traditional fast, friendly service immediately. We’ve always been strong in offering our customers local solutions — the addition of a stocking location in Toronto gives Hisco^® a broader reach and offers synergies to our customers.”

Rick Weatherill is joined by two account managers, Danny Santoro and Brett Rivers, each with many years of experience in electronics assembly in the Canadian marketplace.
